Waterford Apartments

We absolutely loved our tour so much we moved into the apartments. Connor was terrific with his help. He was very thorough, friendly, honest and helpful. We have been here for almost a month now so I wanted to wait to give a thorough and honest review. So far, we love living here. We have a few minimal complaints but nothing extreme or would deter us from living here. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. We love the views and how quiet this community is. It's very quiet living and we feel absolutely safe here. The only issue is the parking. I'm disabled so it's harder for me. I know I can't leave past 4:30pm or else I won't be close to my building and I'm unable to walk that far (and any reserved spots my by building are already taken). We recently moved in and are loving everything so far! Managment has been friendly, maintenance crew was stellar and I'm overall more impressed than I would've expected from any apartment complex. Plus having the view of silver lake makes it that much more enjoyable!

What saves this place from a one-star rating its location; otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place. Management is ineffective; they fail to accomplish anything here, and they consistently display a negative attitude. At some point, I felt it had to do with racism. I lived here for over a year, and the swimming pool was barely open for a week at a time. There are no security cameras, and my car was stolen from the parking lot. Maintenance takes forever to show up when you have a request. I moved back to California, and by law, I'm supposed to get my deposit back within 30 days. It's been over those 30 days, and nobody knows anything about my refund. They always say, " I will get back to you," and guess what, THEY DON'T DO IT. The maintenance man came promptly and said he would check prices for a new motor, as it does not spin on high it only does low and the clothes are still soaking wet. Have not heard back from maintenance man still waiting. Sunday, 8/10/2025

Apartment paperwork was fast and everything was filled online. The Conor was helpful and including the maintenance person took care my hot water. I have been year now and extend my lease. it is convenient to everything. Folk that run here are friendly and helpful. Now under new management now too
