Watercolors of Centerton Apartments

I moved into this space in October and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I signed the lease without looking at the apartment, because of an emergency. I trusted the property management to suggest the best apartment possible for me. I cannot count the number of times I’ve called Ken and Alexis to help me. Super thankful to them. Coming to the apt, I’m in a 1B(Lucy Jane). It’s a huge and has the potential to become your cozy space. I absolutely love the space. Kitchen is huge, there are enough storage space, enough windows. The patio/balcony is huge. I love how bright my place is during the day. The community gym has good equipments, the gardens are peaceful to take a walk in. Love the pools and dog park.

I loved living here in my 2 bedroom apartment. It felt like a house with the convenience of two pools, a fitness center, a nice courtyard with grills. It’s a great place to live. Easy commute to Bentonville or Rogers.

I’ve been living at Watercolors Apartments for about two months now, and my experience has been good so far. The community is nice, well-kept, and feels very comfortable. The team at the leasing office is incredibly helpful — especially Zalma. She went above and beyond to make my move smooth and stress-free, and she’s always so kind and responsive whenever I need anything. Truly appreciate the support from the staff.

Just came here for 3 months. Everything is all good here. The community is peaceful and clean, appliances are working well, and you can find groceries and great cafes nearby. Although it's built in 2018 everything is still maintained well. I'm glad that I picked here as my first apartment in NWA! The only problem is that the ventilation is too good so that my electricity bill spiked to an outrageous number during the recent winter storm lol... but hey who can anticipate that Arkansas would be that cold one day. I guess the living experience would be better in Spring and Summar. Anyway based on talkings with my collegues, I believe this is the best apartment in this area.

recently moved here and Alexis is an amazing property manager! She’s always so helpful, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. I really enjoy living here, and a big part of that is because she keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this community! and there has never been any hidden fees.
