C3 Homes and Communities

Once the closing is done, it feels like they don’t really care about the homeowners anymore. We’ve raised a few major concerns, but every time we ask about them, we’re told they’re not covered under warranty. Honestly, it’s been very disappointing. The 1-year warranty feels like it’s just there for namesake. Also, there’s ongoing construction on our street which creates a lot of dust. We end up cleaning the house 2–3 times a week, but by the next day there’s dust, trash, plastic covers, and debris again in front of and on the side of our house. It’s been pretty frustrating to deal with.

C+ homes is more accurate. Just enough to pass like in school. Tried to get some warranty work done on my 500k+ home and they only responded to one thing, didnt even acknowledge, yet alone fix the other ten things on the list. I was overseas working for the military during for the first 9 months of ownership so these items was not from wear and tear. I wouldn't buy again.

C3 has turned the empty lot next to our new home into a dump site. There is debris and a trash trailer left abandoned for months even after all construction has completed. This is suppose to be an upscale neighborhood?

C3 built my new home in Rogers and I couldn't be happier. The experience was exciting and easy. They worked with me on all requests and their team was endlessly helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend if you are considering a custom build, or buying new in one of their communities. I love my home!
