Stoneleigh Centerton Apartments

The maintenance was great, very timely and the office was responsive and human. Yes the trash compactor get full on the weekends, and there is dog poop, but that's not the apartments fault. More on the residents, who keep to themselves and there's nothing wrong with that. I lived here for 4 years. I would come back. The pool was well kept from what I saw and the gym was well maintained from what I used of it. Sometimes there were no alcohol wipes but for most part they there were. It was nice they had food trucks come by every once in a while. Location is good and close to Bentonville.

Kudos to our maintenance people. I see 3 very hard working men that do excellent jobs of maintaining our property. I have a bird’s eye view each morning of the constant and caring maintenance of our beautiful pool. Thank you gentleman for your loving care of our beautiful little community. Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in! Can send you message after message of nothing but won’t answer an email sent for days. Can’t even go to the trash without stepping in dog poo. They say they have people pick it up but they definitely do not. Don’t even think about walking outside when it ices cause you will fall on your butt! They don’t salt or sweep. Rarely take care of the yard. You can never throw anything away Becuase the trash compactors are always full. The biggest stalkers I have ever met. “Did you have a friend come over” “did your friend stay the night” I payed my rent. Shouldn’t matter if a friend stays the night. Worst front office stalkers I’ve ever met! The car wash they offer is never in service. The volleyball sand is full of cat poop. Trash compactors don’t work ever. Do

Stoneleigh has been the BEST apartment experience I have ever had hands down!! The office staff is SO friendly and helpful as well as planning super fun events all the time! We have resident pool parties, food trucks (yummy ones!), plant potting events, and all kinds of fun and engaging activities all the time! The maintenance staff is also incredible! They get to all of my request within the day and are always so sweet to both me and my dog! I couldn't ask for a better place to live! It is kept very clean, friendly, and all around a great place to call home!:)

Nothing better to do than stalk you. Put a small trampoline on my balcony so I can clean it and suddenly I’m a hazard but others have their balcony packed! The lack of accountability of this place is unjustified. The road to get in and out of this place sucks and there’s way better apartments everywhere around for cheaper! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.
