Deanna sold my home in less than 2 weeks. She did an exceptional job having professional photos taken for the listing. She responded very quickly when I had any questions regarding the process of showings, process of closing plus all the other questions I had. Deanna was professional, knowledgeable in every aspect of the process of the sale of my home. I highly recommend her for any real estate business you might have. Diane K

I am posting this review in support of Deanna Crook. She is not involved whatsoever with the viral story on YouTube regarding a couple who purchased a bad home in Siloam Springs. Leave this woman alone. If you wrote a negative review please remove it as the couple has never even met Deanna before! She WAS NOT their realtor!

Two months ago I bought a house that Deanna Crook had listed, I can say that my experience with her was anything but pleasant. She is hard to reach or empathize with. She does not care about her customer's needs or expectations. I bought a brand-new 375k house and when we moved in a few days before closing, I found out several repairs needed in the house, when we asked her about them her answer was that if I was going to get so picky she will put the house back on the market. The only reason I decided to proceed with closing was that at that time we didn't have another place to stay, If my circumstances had been different I would not have bought a house from this realtor as she did not deserve a penny of the commission for the sale. This realtor deserves a 5 star rating! All of her 1 star ratings are from people who watched a youtube video where the youtuber was sold a home that had water damage and black mold. In this video, the youtuber never mentions her realtor. However, she has stated that Deanna Crook is NOT her realtor. I normally do not leave reviews but, this innocent womens reputation is being tarnished due to false accusations and I will not stand for that. I have reported the reviews linked to this video and I suggest you all do the same.

Deanna is great! Our house and location was a challenge to sell and she made it happen! We are grateful for her hard work! Highly recommend!
