Waterchase Apartments

I dropped in without a schedule appointment. They took me on a grand tour of the property, and one bedroom apartment. Beautiful apartments, and plenty of parking for a two or three car owner. I love the one bedrooms!!! If you’re looking for a great apartment, and amazing staff!!! DROP INN!!!

Chris showed us a unit that we fell in love with. He was very professional and pleasant Thur our tour. The grounds look well kept. The overall view of everything was a go. Didn't see anything that I didn't like. It's wrought a visit, if you're interested in finding a nice place. 😊

I went for a tour on Saturday 12-27-25, Chris is very pleasant, professional and was able to answer all my questions. The only downsides for me(which are important to me) were that the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom didn't have in-unit washer/dryer and the refrigerators do not have Ice Makers. Otherwise the units that I looked at are very nice. They all have new windows also which is a huge plus as they are upto hurricane code.

I have been here for 1 year. Maintenance has been good. Fitness room is maintained well but office staff doesn't reply to 4 important emails. Guy in office is unfriendly(Tracy was great. She is no longer there). No response to emails is my biggest pet peeve!! Update: After 6 emails to 4 different people my issue was resolved and finally received a response to my emails. (No apology). Im happy things are resolved. Thank you.

The place, lets save you time and suffering. Just dont..could be much better. But the parking is a joke. This is how they park on this site. Then get mad at someone for parking too close when thats not my problem. All i can say is good luck. They didnt do anything about it except say dont park next to them if thats how they parked. But then the last pic is a few months later when they showed thier ability of driving. They dont know how to read or something. And they sure dont enfore the issues at all or they wouldn't continue. Others in photos are more cars that think they're better than everyone else and dont get fules enforced upon them. Update. Parking has gotten worse and they still do not enfore the rules on the property. All the others i talk to in the area see the ones who are aloud
