Faris Residences Largo

The residences is very quiet, great neighbors. Eradio and Martha are very customer oriented and outstanding personnel to work with. Will recommend the residence without hesitation. Plus property is very clean. Common areas are presentable and look well maintained. It is a place to inspire trust and confidence. I do like it a lot.

Place is relatively quiet, and kept up to par for the most part. Martha is as great as she can be. My only complaint was all the extra hidden fees that came along with paying the rent. Forced to pay for trash collection, that I don’t want or need, plus about 4 “amenities” fees with no real explanation for what they are actually for. I payed roughly $150 more every month than what I originally signed up for! Plus, they raised the rent $100 when I went to sign a new lease. I said bye bye… Nobody should be paying $2000 a month for a one bedroom apartment that’s all patched up everywhere and labeled “renovated and updated” when it is really not. They patched up the bathtub with some fly by night handy man mixture. It was hideous! Lol

We recently rented an apartment in this complex, and it was a breeze. Being from Canada, we expected lots of red tape and problems trying to secure a lease. Martha - the leasing manager went out of her way to help us with all our questions and concerns. And all this was done via long distance, BRAVO MARTHA ! It is a great feeling when you know someone will help you and not avoid you. Amazon mistakingly shipped our flat screen a few days earlier than expected. We were convinced we would not get our refund. We explained our problem to Martha, and the superindent - Eradio - was present and he saved the day. I could not have picked a better place to live! This apartment had everything I needed! The apartment was clean, everything worked, and it was so quiet! I was never woken up by noisy neighbors and couldn’t hear any footsteps from my upstairs neighbors! The amenities of the complex were great and well kept! And Marisela is the best! If you ever need anything she is always there to help! This was my first apartment on my own and I felt very safe here. I would highly recommend anyone to live here!

Faris is a wonderful place to live! Here you will find sweet and kind people always available to help you with whatever you need. the condominium is always extremely clean and cared for. The office’s communication and care with residents is excellent! Thank you Martha, Eradio and Corey for all your help and love to everyone!
