Our condo in Florida was destroyed by water and mold, and we were desperately in need of a construction company to rebuild it. We do not live in Florida, so doing this remotely was daunting. After a recommendation, we contacted Joe at Down under construction. Our experience from the beginning to end has been nothing but fantastic. We were contacted through email, text, and FaceTime all along the way to view what was going on. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. I use Joe Romano for ALL my construction jobs at Down Under Construction because he is simply the best in the business. Beautiful work, honest, always accessible to clients needs & fair prices. Had toilet leaks from Condo unit above more than once & it smelled of urine in my guest bathroom ceiling so the drywall had to come out, the cavity cleaned & disinfected then new drywall installed. It was textured & painted. No more smell!!! Could not be happier. Like new! And Joe got there quickly to repair & finish job. He previously renovated my entire condo including kitchens & baths.
