Bal Harbour

Bal Harbour is a beautiful gated community. The property is big enough for casual walks but small enough to feel like your own personal paradise. With a combination of Palms and Pines, The brand new Fitness center and the beautiful pool it feels like a resort. We love it here .

I’ve lived in this apartment community since 2019 and honestly love it here. Management is amazing!!! especially Ashley, who is always friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. You can tell she truly cares about the residents. The community feels safe, and maintenance is fast and reliable. Everything is kept clean and well taken care of. It’s been a great place to live for the past several years, and I highly recommend it!

I relocated from WNY last March & chose Bal Harbour because of my family. The complex is safe and well kept. My 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable and bright, with 2 bathrooms. The complex has many amenities such as a pool and exercise room, and a tennis court too. I walk the complex grounds and feel very safe anytime of the day. The residents are friendly and the Office staff along with the maintenance crew are ALWAYS willing to help resolve any problems and address concerns effecting the residents. A great place to live…!!

From the moment I toured Bal Harbour I knew immediately it felt like home. Ashley and Lisa made me feel so welcomed and took care of me and my pup without hesitation whenever something needed to be done, they treated me like family. I made friends that will be with me for a lifetime! Even though I was only there for a year, I became part of a family that will stay very dear to me. If you are questioning your move there, don’t. I can assure you that you will love your new family!

I've been living here for 3 1/2 yrs. I love this place. Great office staff. Maintenance is beyond reproach and the grounds are just beautiful with the 7 acre lake view.
