Property management is one of my areas of expertise, and this community truly stands out. The staff is wonderful, and the manager, Megan not only professional, but is also friendly and approachable. The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciate how clean and peaceful the property always feels. It’s in a great area with cafes and stores within walking distance — overall, a very well-run community.

Great complex!! It's new and everything inside is new, including the plumbing, furniture, high ceilings, and lots of windows, so there's lots of light!! It's a quiet and peaceful place, but everything you need is close by! And most importantly, the team is excellent, from the management, especially thanks to Maggie, who quickly and professionally resolves all issues, and the handyman team. All this makes this place a real home for you.

I just moved here and had a great experience from start to finish. Nicholas was incredibly helpful and made the entire move-in process so easy and stress free. He was professional and answered all of my questions along the way. The whole team has already been very responsive, i had a light go out in my living room and maintenance came within the hour! truly appreciate how smooth everything has been so far. Highly recommend this community!

i haven’t even signed with the rosery, and i already love it! my friend and i toured here a week ago with Chasity the assistant manager and she is nothing short of professional, kind, efficient, and remembers the little things! she took us on a tour to two different units, answered any and all of our questions, was patient and so unbelievably relatable. the grounds were so clean, the amenities are INSANE (the gym - you gotta see for yourself), the cute hammocks, the fire pit, and the pool were all very well kept. the floorplans seem like there’s something for every person in every situation. Chasity never made us feel pressured or rushed and understands that choosing a new home is a big decision! thank you again Chasity, and hope to be signing here soon!! :))

We love living here! Lots of amenities! Any maintenance issue we've ever had has been completed the same day, usually within an hour! Perfect location for us!
