Water Tower District at Schilling Farms

We are beyond impressed with the Water Tower District at Schilling Farms. From the very beginning, the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. Tina deserves special recognition—she went above and beyond by walking our son through the entire process and seamlessly filling in the gaps after we had already traveled back to North Carolina. That level of care and communication meant so much to our family. Between the outstanding staff, prime location, and luxury living, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend!

Watertower District is such an amazing community. I love the variety of floor plans, the open concept living space, & all the natural light with amazing views. All of the office workers were friendly, attentive, & professional.

Tina was extremely sweet. She took time with us to show us the apartment several times. Her attention to detail was amazing. We loved her.
