Joey, Madison, and Katie are amazing. They’re always kind, professional, and genuinely go out of their way to help. They’re accommodating and make sure everything is taken care of. The property is quiet, clean, and peaceful you can tell they put real effort into keeping it that way.

Been here over 3 years. Current manager Joey is excellent. He’s always on top of any issues or concerns and follows through in respectful, timely, professional, proficient, and efficient manner. The maintenance team is always respectable and helpful as well. I’m thankful.

I lived here for over a year and it was great. Joey and his team are very attentive and maintenance is great and quick to fix issues. I left another local Collierville apartment due to multitude of issues. I had a dog who spent plenty of time in the dog park, which was clean and well kept and the chain link fences was in great condition. Hi, everybody me again the mega review poster of all times so I have new news….I moved in to the best place in the world Dogwood Creek Apts yes I moved in I know right oh my god so beautiful my apartment is gorgeous the amenities gorgeous I look at a lake every day with ducks and geese who actually look back at me I know they probably think I’m the craziest looking goose in the world but it’s gorgeous so quiet I have found utopia. I moved into Dogwood Creek Apartments about 6 months ago and have enjoyed my time here. Our apartment was clean, and I have a great view overlooking one of our lakes. My dog, Murphy, and I love getting to see all the ducks and geese on our walks, and the grounds are very well kept. The pool was an awesome amenity during the summer, and they have recently added on a dog park area and fire pit area. We have great neighbors, and the office staff is amazing, especially Joey! He helped us find a nice apartment, and he’s always so friendly and helpful. We feel very blessed to get to be a part of this community!
