Kenny was very professional, courteous, and thorough. He clearly explained the issue near the balcony door, applied insulation foam as a temporary solution to seal the gaps, and took the time to explain the next steps and expected timeline for the permanent woodwork and carpet repair. He was patient, respectful, and made sure we fully understood the situation. We really appreciated his clear communication and professionalism.

I’ve been living here since last August and thinking to renew the lease because apartments are really nice here. Overall it’s safe to live here as you’d see police patrolling from time to time and haven’t heard any issue regarding car break-ins. You can go out for a walk late in the evening at 7 without any problem. Maintenance people would fix your issue without any delays. If you want to live closer to Memphis but also want it safe then these apartments are the best choice.

Hannah was extremely helpful, energetic, and kind during my apartment tour. She answered every question and thought of everything. Being a first time apartment hunter, I was very happy with the experience. The apartment I toured (Alicia floor plan) was very clean and nice. Overall it was a great experience!

I am in the market for a new apartment and I’ve been looking at Irene Woods in Collierville. I was able to get a tour for the 3 bedroom apartments today and I’ve had the most amazing experience with Lasonja. She was very welcoming and helpful with my tour. She answered all questions that I had and has me thinking of moving on sooner than the date I was planning. 10/10 recommendation!!

Lee Bailey, who works at Irene Woods Apartments is a hero!! My mother, who lives at the retirement community in front of the apartment complex, fell on the ice during the ice storm. Lee saw her, stopped to help and waited with her until medical help arrived. Who knows how long she would have laid there had he not stopped. We are all grateful that someone like that is around to help keep a watch on our “older children”. Thank you again Lee. You are a hero to our family.
