My experience thus far has been outstanding, and I’m extremely pleased with my decision to move to Meridian Park Apartments in Collierville. From the very beginning, the process has been smooth, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to recognize one leasing agent who truly elevated the entire experience. Dibora Girma has been exceptional to work with from day one. She was consistently attentive, highly accommodating, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I came to tour a few weeks ago with my friend while we were in town. This is a beautiful property. I love the dark cabinets and counters. If I manage to relocate, Meridian Park is at the top of my list. We had the sweetest leasing agent by the name of Kia. She was very informative and patient with our questions. Truly a gem and helped my friend pick according to her needs, and not just to sell something. That stood out the most. Five stars to Miss Kia!

I love this place! This is my 2nd (I think) year here and I’ve enjoyed it very much. It’s so quiet and I love having my own attached garage. The pool area is incredible and usually very quiet too. There is a good mix of young professionals and families here, so I think that’s what makes the environment so great. I feel like the build quality of the apartment is pretty sturdy. Other than when my downstairs neighbors’ kids slam their garage door I really don’t hear too much noise. I have only needed maintenance twice and both times they came quickly and were professional. They were respectful of my space even when I wasn’t there. If I had to pick cons, I would say it can be kinda hard for some delivery people to find your door. Have only had issues with Uber eats, but no issues with Amazon

The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team has been responsive and professional. However, on-site management accessibility has been disappointing. I have been unable to reach the senior property manager Katie Knight in person, by phone, or by email for several months. If direct communication with management is important to you, this is something to consider before leasing here.

I have enjoyed my time here at Meridian Park so much that I renewed my lease early! The property is clean, quiet, and full of friendly neighbors. I especially love the amenities of the clubhouse and pool, but the kindness of the property managers outweighs everything. Ms. Keisha has been so supportive and made my stay so much more pleasant!
