Washington Park Apartments

My experience just calling in to become a tenant was Trash! Why,you ask? Well,let's see.... First,I asked a question,if my credit score dropped would I be penalized for it? Answer,we'll you'll be rejected altogether,because every credit,background,and work history check has to pass.... Says the agent! It's incredibly funny/stupid to me how you have to pass a any check when trying to obtain a roof over your head for your family!!! Like,we just had an entire government shut down!!!! The biggest concern should be asking is.....CAN YOU PAY YOUR RENT!...... ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

Lived there for 4 years. They only have 2 maintenance men that knew what they were doing ( Mr. Sherman and Mr. David ) the others they don’t know what they’re doing. The head maintenance manager he couldn’t read or write he is Jamaican the others was his cousins that worked with him. The ones in the office they had there favorites. And yes they had mice and everyone that lived in a building each main door key fits every apartment building main front door. Will I recommend anyone for there WASHINGTON PARK APARTMENT IN CAMDEN…………NO!!!! NO!!!! for each it’s own. It turned into the projects again for each it’s own. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!!! I say have them show you the apartment they say is available the one you are going to move in at. “ NOT THE SAMPLE.”” Across from the office.

Very nice and quiet location. Apartment is in tip top shape no complaints. Maintenance and other staff are very concerned with my apartment and asks if all is well when I see them. The grounds are always kept clean and dumpsters are never running over. Charlene is the best very concerned about her tenants. Thank you Washington Park Apartments great job. 👍🏾

I truly can’t say anything negative. My refrigerator was broken .. it was fixed same hour. Every complaint I’ve had was taken care of same hour. I have no roaches nor mice. I have a beautiful apartment. My floors are wood. And my location is awesome.. I love office Staff they are realistic and honest. My favorite is Charlene♥️. And for the price I feel so blessed. I don’t plan of leaving any time soon.

Update. I moved out three weeks ago. Super pumped!!!!!! I literally shook and checked crevices of everything and stored in tub containers with lids instead of boxes so I didn't risk mice and bugs. I then check outside of containers before loading the uhual. It was a process but worth the move. I lost alot of furniture and stuff period. Baby stuff, clothes, toys, furniture, electronics! All gone due to mice and roaches. I've now been waiting on my deposit that;. Have yet to receive back. Heck I should get it all back and more for what I loss, but knowing that complex, I won't. Charlene was nice to me and so we're staff, but that building I lived in should be condemned. In I would not recommend anyone to live there. Mice and roaches are a big issue and we're for the whole time I lived there
