I’ve been renting out an apartment with my family for about 4 years now and I’m glad we gave Cramer hill apartments a chance. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have an answer to any question I have and are always honest and transparent with expectations. When it comes to maintenance, their staff responds in a timely manner and are great with communication. I have appreciated both the assistance of the office staff and maintenance staff. I also enjoy the leasing office tries to plan small events or raffles around holidays to get tenants involved and feel appreciated. As a tenant here, I just want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the amazing team that makes this community feel like home. Daniel, our manager, is truly exceptional—kind, patient, and always willing to help with anything. She's such a beautiful person, inside and out, and her genuine care for the residents really shows. Mae at the front desk is also such a beautiful soul. She welcomes everyone with warmth and kindness, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel seen and appreciated. Together, Daniel and Mae create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and full of positivity. I’m truly grateful for everything they do. Their hard work and kindness mean more to me than they know.

I've been residing here from May 2019 and I must say this was the best move that I have made. First let me tell about the rental office staff. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Mae are the best professionals that I have delt with. Over the years these two ladies have made my stay a wonderful experience. I don't have nothing bad to say about these two ladies. I wanted a two bedroom townhouse when I first moved in. There wasn't none available, but I moved into a one bedroom and I eventually ended up moving into the two bedroom townhouse I wanted. The neighborhood is a melting pot of culture.
