Independence Village Apartments

Leasing is so delightful. Im not a tenant but i have inquired about moving and the team seems so nice. I have moved all across the USA and this was the most pleasent experience I have with just my inquiry. Hope greatly that I get approved for the apartment but if not, Im very happy with my experience and please know they are the blue print on how Leasing and property management should handle things. Im proud of how well they are doing. This is plus for Camden.

Victoria is the best landlord I've had, hands down. She's responsive, caring, and does everything she can do to help. She knows all of her tenants by name and always checks in to see how we're doing. The apartment is clean and exactly what I was promised when signing the lease - no games are played.

I had called to get information about renting a unit here while I’m interested and actively searching for an affordable home in the area. The lady who works here and represented this property who I spoke to was so rude and refused to give any leasing information. All I wanted to know was about leasing information so I know what are the leasing requirements and fees due etc. She didn’t have to be so rude and disrespectful by refusing to give me any leasing information about this unit. She inappropriately hung the phone while I’m asking my questions about leasing. Thanks to the office manager I will not want to reside here. So rude and disrespectful. I can imagine what’s it would be like living here. They probably treat their tenants just as rude.

Lovely conversation with the property manager , Victoria! She took the chance to get to know us and she talked about herself as well. Everything she told us, she was able to back up and I highly respect that. She’s super sweet too. We were super impressed !

Scheduling an appointment to view the property was fast and easy. The staff that I spoke with on the phone answered all of my questions. Upon arriving at the office a few minutes early, Victoria acknowledged me right away and told me she would be right with me as she was helping a tenant at the time. She was straightforward, friendly, welcoming, and professional. I had a pleasant conversation with her, and you could just tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the property improvements. She was great! The maintenance team was also very friendly. I was able to see 4 apartments that had beautiful upgrades. The laundry room was beautifully renovated, the property and landscaping were clean. I only did not move in because my friend needed a roommate for 6 months, but I will definitely
