Myrtle Place Apartments

I just rated a this to get to ask questions. Are the any 2 bedrooms left? Or 3. Looking for a top unit but fine with bottom unit. Was told I can never get in because office workers give special preference to friends and family. I hope not, but if so looks like I’m moving to parkview.

Been living there less than a year, so far no complaints ,rent is affordable utilities are included except electric not a a bad place at all, for most of the night and days is quiet. Parking lot is fair .. everything like grocery store , laundry mat in walking distance the only bad thing is no laundry.

The superintendent is very bald but helpful. I am convinced he sleeps with a tool box under his pillow. When I take my raccoon out for a walk I always see him fixing everything with a wrench. What a great guy ! Except for the fact he's bald I have no other complaints. 5+ stars !
