Staff are so helpful and very welcoming. I love how they have the complex very nice and clean. Will definitely recommend.

Bad service in the community center Ms.Erica the lady in charge didn’t let us enter the Public haunted house after the office lady let us go in because she said we were being disrespectful after we only got in and line like everyone else and waited what a disgrace for my little brother that was so happy to go inside NEVER AGAIN !!!

05/2025 update Apartment complex have a security at night patrolling finally however they didn’t do anything when my car got broken into when I moved in few years ago. Visitor parking is also hard to obtain. They give out 30 mins before they open the office. There must be a better way in providing permits with over 500 families living in this complex. Street parking is also hard because residents are double parking. I hope they would have a better system for this who rarely ask for parking permits. Leasing staff has been very helpful and nice. They’re efficient, professional and pleasant to work with. I was calling everyday to check if theres any availability and Lizabeth always encourages me to call until there’s one. Shes not quick to judge and ensure to provide comfort and build trust

This place is definitely worth it! The staff was very welcoming & Our Agent Natalie was great to work with, Natalie provided excellent service! She’s very kind, knowledgeable and was always available when we had a question. She made our moving experience very easy and with ZERO stress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terrible place to live. They lie to you all the time. They increase the rent too high. The manager tells one person that it's corporate that allows them to increase the rent by 10% every year. Then she tells someone else it's the city, then the IRS. The manager never shows her face. Very old apartments, and they have horrible customer service. The girls in the office always with their bad faces. They are not professional at all. The office is always threatening you by sending you a letter of eviction. The washers and dryers don't work and are too old. There's a lot of cats here, and they're just ruing all the cars here. They don't take any action and don't listen to your concerns. These are affordable apartments.
