California Palms Apartments

It's a nice community that is well kept over all. I have enjoyed the low rent increases and most units are renovated by now. Free tours are always avaliable. There are only studio & 1 br available here. We have 2 pools, a gym, a rec room, 3 communal laundry rooms, and many public bbqs but no garages, car ports, or dishwashers. There are some car lifts for extra $$. Cats and dogs are allowed but grass is turf and minimal. There are slight delays in communication when it comes to maintenance requests but they are knowledgeable and friendly. One of the biggest downsides is that utilities are communal, not individual but no major problems. If AMC is reading, it would be nice to expand the laundry hours of operation in the mornings. My HUSBAND & I are SENIORS. We chose an upstairs apartment and after moving into our place we realized we needed to be downstairs, & MARY & her TEAM helped us Right away. Luckily it was 1 available & it's just as nice as the one upstairs 😉 Once again THANKS MARY & YOUR TEAM CALIFORNIA 🌴PALMS🌴...THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO START A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I will be moving into the complex later this month and I’m incredibly excited! I’m moving from out of state so naturally, application processes for apartments became so much harder for me. Gilbert and his supervisor at the leasing office were so incredible in helping me secure the perfect unit for me in my ideal price range and time frame. They went above and beyond just to be able to have something secured for me and I’ve never had a better experience! I want them to really be recognized for their hard work!

I was in a real pinch looking for rent on short notice after a bad experience with prior applications to other units around Santa Ana. Kevin was the leasing agent in charge of my application and he was a tremendous help in getting the paperwork cleared in less than a week. Sorry to put him through the trouble, he could use a raise! The location is gated pet-friendly community with amenities (rec room, fitness center, pool, barbecue grills). Parking is first-come-first-served, it is possible to pay extra to reserve a spot. Rent range around the time of writing is roughly $1800-$2500 depending on the unit (I rented an unfurnished studio) and are clean. It has a built-in kitchen and water, utility bills are metered.
