It’s already been a year since I moved into Paloma Apartments, and I’ve truly enjoyed living here. The community is clean, peaceful, and has great facilities. My neighbors are very kind. All the leasing office staff are wonderful, but I especially want to recognize Charles. Around 1 year, He always greets everyone with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to help with anything. He is truly one of the most sincere and dedicated members of the leasing team. I highly recommend Paloma Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to live!

If you’re okay with highway noise, be prepared to keep your windows closed at all times and to dust your apartment almost daily. The property itself is very nice and the location is perfect, but the highway-facing units are extremely noisy. It has now been four months since I moved out, and I still have not received my security deposit refund. I continue to receive the same out-of-office auto-replies from management, with no resolution or follow-up.

Paloma leasing was a great place to live in but moving out was a process, they will charge you $400-500 worth of fees. The rent is extremely high for what you actually get. Parking was hectic, we requested for another spot which you will have to pay $100-150 per month. The pool is often dirty and clearly not well-maintained, which makes it uninviting to use. The trash rooms are constantly dirty and overflowing. No one ever puts it down the trash chute. On top of that, there are clearly Airbnb units at Paloma even though they're supposedly not allowed. Management seems more focused on collecting rent than maintaining the property. I would not recommend living here.

I’ve been a resident at Paloma for over a year, and while I wanted to give a five-star review, unfortunately, my experience only warrants two stars. Communication from Paloma’s management has been less than stellar. I’ve reached out multiple times, both in person and via email, regarding a parking request. Each time, I’ve received only generic responses such as “We’ll get back to you,” “We need to do inventory,” or “I just got back into the office and will look into it.” With frequent staff turnover, it seems my request has simply fallen through the cracks. On the plus side...I'll like to give a shout-out to Charles. When my roommate’s car broke down in the middle of the parking structure, he stepped in immediately to help her safely return it to its space, preventing a traffic issue. Hi

I’m really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the overall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we’ve dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us—it’s actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we
