Prisma staff are always so attentive and respectful! It’s never a challenge to request for maintenance services and we always feel supported when addressing minor concerns about the property. Katherine & Mider (so sorry if I am misspelling his name) are so kind and responsive to all of our needs. Property and amenities are always well kept and super tidy. We have only been living here for several months but anticipate to stay for as long as timing allows!

The staffs at Prisma APT are the best. Makayla & Katherine are one of the most professional and caring management staffs we have encountered. Brian always get the maintenance request done clean and on-time for us, he's already done 5 of our requests ever since we moved in! I also love that the gym is always kept clean & neat. It would be nice if the gym TV works with internet/cable, but I can use my phone so it doesn't bother me much.

My husband and I lived here for 1.5 years in 2024-2025. We had a great experience overall and really appreciated the management team and engineering team - both were prompt & always responded to our emails or maintenance requests. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and it feels like you're living in a hotel (in a great way). I also wanted to shed light on a few things that you need to know before deciding to live at Prisma. 1. The floors are super thin so you will hear footsteps heavily at times if you have someone above you. Sound insulation is good, however, so we never heard our neighbors voices! But footsteps, YES. 2. Our rent was raised by 8% after year 1 and we only renewed for 6 months, and when renewal time came again, they tried to raise us again by 8%. We had to move out

I’ve been living at Prisma Apartments for about six (6) months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From day one, the team here has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Katherine was amazing throughout the entire leasing process — she was attentive, quick to respond to emails (and still is to this day), and made everything feel seamless. Makayla, who was new at the time, stepped in whenever Katherine wasn’t available and was just as attentive and helpful whenever something came up. Julie, the community manager, personally welcomed me when I first moved in, which made settling in feel even more like home. Anytime I’ve run into a problem, the team has been quick to address it. I can say with 100% confidence that Prisma was one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. Management was very responsive, understanding, and treated residents like humans. When we had an issue with our parking spot, they moved us, free of charge, to a better location. When packages were placed outside of gates or doors, management would move these into the parcel lockers. The maintenance team was also stellar. They were super responsive and had every request fixed within a day of submitting them. When we realized our apartment was developing mold from a leak, they had the leak fixed, entire section replaced & mold cleaned within 4 days of calling. Residents were also very respectful.
