Portofino Apartments

Hiii, I just want to share my most honest review about these apartments. My husband and I have been here for a year now, and it has truly been such a beautiful experience. Our home has been the most peaceful place, and the community itself is always so clean and well cared for. The pool area especially is always maintained , it really shows how much effort goes into keeping everything nice. We’ve never had any major issues here, and honestly, that peace of mind is priceless. The only little challenge has been parking, since we have more than one car and only one assigned spot. But even with that, Juan (the manager) always does his best to help us out and find a solution, which we appreciate so much. I lived underneath if you live on the bottom know you will hear everything. and i mean EVERYTHING footsteps. chairs. running. yelling. music. instruments. you can hear someone sneeze cough. drop something. walls are paper thin no i grew up here. my family moved here when i was in high school. back then it was clean and quiet. normal. when my family moved out i stayed and rented a studio because it felt familiar. felt like home. biggest mistake. the worst time i’ve ever had living here is when Juan moved in as manager. everything went downhill after that. fast neighbors started throwing parties all the time. loud music late at night. parking is a mess young pretty girls always seem to get the best spots. i noticed that early weird he’s married with kids but whatever. i work a lot. i’m not

I’m very saddened to leave these apartments, I’ve had very beautiful memories here. In my experience I can say that these apartments are a very good place to live at, they’re calm, gated, private & clean. I’m very fond of how clean and upkept the laundromat and pool always are. I really like that the apartments also have cameras all over the place and they have security for the apartments. The only reason why I’m leaving these apartments is because I need a 3 bedroom apartment and they sadly only offer a 2 bedroom apartment max here at Portofino. The current manager Juan Romero is a very good manager he is very kind and fair with all the tenants here. In my personal opinion these apartments are very good choice to live at.

My family and I have been living here over 3 years and enjoy the service so far from our maneger and they get things done in a timely manner, we are very happy living here and knowing we have peace of mind with the security that patrols aswell. We look forward when it gets maintenance to keep up the apartments appearance. One thing would be nice to have a couple of grills in the pool area.

Had a great experience here. Great value units, would recommend living here. Pros: - Excellent management, Juan is very responsive and always available to address any concerns. - Nice proximity to a gym, Starbucks, and other restaurants across the street, love the walkability. Close to the highway entrance as well, but no noise pollution from it. -Quiet, peaceful community, never had issues with neighbors. - EV charging Cons: - AC fan runs a bit loud in the unit - Could never get the gate code on Bristol St. to work, had to direct visitors to the Memory Lane gate
