My daughter has turned in an application and 2 adult application fees along with the deposit to the place. She said she was going to get back to her in 48 hours. It now has been almost a month and no calls nor does she answer the phone. Voicemail is full. Please get back to my daughter with her application if she is approved or not so she can either start moving in or get her deposit back and find another place. She needs a place asap and this is not cool at all. All these bad reviews. You should be banned as a home renter. Please don't make us call a lawyer.

We rented via Warwick Realty between approx 8/13-8/14. We left when we needed to move out of state. I was initially nervous due to the bad review/s I saw and not getting call backs; however, Stephanie called me back when she had info on rentals that were available that met my parameters. They were patient w/ me w/ me being a nervous ninny. After my initial nervousness in working to secure a rental under, I believe, atypical circumstances, I was very pleased in working w/ them! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Not a great experience. Getting a call back was difficult. She did not seem happy to work with us as renters. Information given seemed inaccurate. On the day she set for the showing she did not show up or answer her phone for an hour. When she did answer she told us to view it on our own as she was busy. Person issues were constantly shared as an excuse for not answering calls. Very unprofessional

I rented from Stephanie Warwick and the experience I had with her is a experience I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this is why I'm writing this review. So for starters we rented a somewhat older home from her up in Rio Community's just to get her to write up the lease took her 2 weeks and when I'd call to check what was going on was like pulling teeth either she wouldn't answer or she always had a crazy excuse as to why she hadn't written up the contract. So after we moved in she had us do the walk through and write up everything that was wrong with the home and we did alot of stuff like the heating and cooling system needed fixing because it didn't work and the roof was leaking real bad when it rained it literally took her 2 months to get this stuff fixed and it was winter time

Very poor experience. Did not show up to showing, did not answer calls or texts. Often not at office during office hours. Took weeks to get back with me when she told me 24-48 hours. Felt that she was dishonest. Made it a very stressful experience overall. I felt as if i was inconveniecing her from the first call.
