Heritage Title-Valencia County

I walked into Heritage Title - Valencia County without an appointment in need of some help with my property. I want to give a big shout out to Jo Ann G. who was under stacks of her own paper work but stopped and patiently helped me with my questions. She is certainly seasoned in her field. Thank you Jo Ann!

The professionalism of the staff at this company is the absolute WORST! I felt like I was dealing with someone right off the street. When I requested copies of all documents pertaining to the transaction the secretary/title searcher/office manager was rude and spent over an hour going back and forth with me. She refused to transfer me to her supervisor, was demanding in her requests of me, snarky and continued to address me by my first name as if we were friends. Wow!! glad I wasn't paying that work! I would have fired them on day one!

HORRIBLE Title company. In order to get docs to them, I had to pay over $130 in notary and overnight shipping fees so that my closing could record/fund the afternoon of arrival. I ensured the docs were there BEFORE 10am the next morning, only to NOT have the docs recorded that day as promised, but the following day. Then, despite promises that my funds would be available at the time of deposit, they were not and 3 days later I'm STILL waiting. Heritage Title SUCKS.

Heritage Title Company does not return calls. Heritage Title Company does not respond to emails. Heritage Title Company does not commit to closing dates. Heritage Title Company does not follow through with any verbal or written request. When a person does answer the phone....they'll promise you a return call. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Charles Griego is the Mayor of the Village of Los Lunas and the owner/operator of Heritage Title Company. If you can't run a company what would make anyone think you can run a small government? FIRED!

Charles & Joanne at Heritage Title ..They are the best Title Company in Valencia County. They are very professional, timely & ethical. I trust them w/ my clients investments!
