Fidelity National Title

Just had wonderful experience throughout my land deal with them. Had a few hiccups in the deal (normal stuff) and every time I called got excellent service and response. Michelle went above and beyond to help me with a couple tax questions even calling on behalf to clarify a issue would reccomend them every time.

Wow! Just called to get some help with questions. The lady who answered was so rude! I gave her my name and asked how she was doing she replied ok (rude tone). I replied well I hope your day gets better. She replied what's going on (rude tone)? I replied could I please speak to someone else you're not friendly. She replied I'm the only one here now how can I help you (with a nice tone)? I replied no thank you I would rather talk to someone else who is friendly. She disconnected call. **1st impressions really make a difference. And our nation is so full of chaos I prefer to be treated nicely as I was nice to her.**

Great team here and very kind and helpful. They made our house buying transition an easy one especially with all the paperwork and terms easy to understand, thank you for that.

I have been a Realtor for over 15 years. I have used Fidelity National Title in Los Lunas for many transactions. At one time, I was impressed with the professionalism and the courtesy of the title officers there. As of late, that all has changed the last 3 transactions I have closed there have been difficult and stressful for my Sellers. In case you dont know the Sellers pay for closing cost most of the time, i.e. my sellers who are paying Fidelity National Title at least 700.00 in closing costs are being ignored, communcation is slow and unreliable. Documents have to be sent numerous times, in all 3 of the last transactons we have had at least 3 extensions, title forgot to order title commitment on one.
