Great area, even better company. Hakes Brothers has quality homes for just about every budget. Their houses can be customized to any need or want and they offer them in a variety of locations. Shout out to the entire team for making the process of buying a first home as easy and comprehensive as they could.
The building materials used, and the construction quality of these extremely overpriced homes is outrageously bad. After 2 years we have replaced all the appliances because what was used were lemons, and now we are already having to replace cheap windows that are starting to break, from being opened once or twice a year. I would never use this company again. Save yourself the hassle…
