We are renting nearby and this is not our agency, but we sure wish they were. We stopped in to ask some general questions and the agent could not have been nicer to us. He was very knowledgeable and explained how leasing agents work in this area and what to expect. I think they would take good care of anyone moving to the area from out of town like we were. You can bet we will try them first for our next move.

I don't normally leave reviews for services, even if they've done a poor job, because I know work can be stressful and difficult, but after spending 3 years living in an apartment rented through Warren Realty, I can't help myself but at least vent my frustrations. I lived in the same apartment for 3 years (largely because it was near my school and after moving in I didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding a new place to live and moving on top of classes and my job) and I can say that I consistently received absolutely terrible service. Julie Supple and her staff were entirely non-responsive to our concerns, such as the instances when the drying machine essentially stopped working all together, the refrigerator had a tear in its lining that meant that most of the cold air leaked out,
