Management will go over and beyond to accommodate your needs and all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely fashion. Jennifer and Jason in office are awesome! They are very understanding and helped us a lot during move out. Nice and cozy apartment to live in. Neighbors are friendly, you’ll see them help each other during heavy snow. Located bang in Arlington center close to nice restaurants and adjacent to minuteman bike trail. 1 block away from an awesome public library! Safe area. Neighbors are quiet at night. Packages are kept safe inside FOB accessed mail room with video surveillance . Balcony size is good.

Great place to live! 5 min walk to the restaurants at Arlington center and the bus! The Brentwood management Jennifer and Jason are whip-smart, kind, helpful and responsive to any problems you might have. They are always eager and attentive to help and make it really easy to request any repairs or assistance, have prompt responses at all hours, and are also proactive about keeping up with maintenance within our apartments as well as around the grounds. You guys rock! I have lived here for a year now and don’t see myself moving out any time soon!

I lived here 2 years and found that the management team headed by Jennifer was terrific. The online maintenance request system works well. There is a waiting list for the covered parking, but it moves along quickly. Incredible price and location!

One of the best locations for those working in Boston city. Easy access to bus line and access to redline in 15 mins (in normal traffic). Peaceful place, walkable distance to spypond and Minuteman bikeway.

Every two weeks (on average) the water is completely and suddenly shut off for prolonged periods of time, and this has been ongoing for over two years. If you are planning to live here, be prepared to see water shut off notice every now and then.
