We have had an excellent experience renting a property managed by Capitol Square for the past two years! Jimmy, Bob, and their team have always been responsive and thorough in dealing with maintenance items large and small. Most recently, when our hot water heater suddenly sprung a leak in the middle of the weekend, Jimmy responded right away and we had a new tank and our hot water back the next day. This has been the best experience I've had renting in the area by far, and I'm very grateful to the Capitol Square Management team!
