Great location downtown. Just a couple mins from the riverside walking trail, a really nice big park, right across the street from 3 or 4 very interesting locations Bokeh Lounge, Daper Pig, and Mo's House. Plus with in walking distance of the Casino, Main Street, Ford Center, and much more. Warren Properties has 3 different floor plans to choose from at this location. Offering 2 bedroom 1 bath and 1 bedroom 1 bath. Rent is very affordable and the staff and owner are great people and easy to get along with. I'm only rating 4 stars because of the size of the kitchen. The apt is a great space but the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. Other than that, it's a great place to live, tons of amenities and affordable for its location.

I lived here for 4 years and loved it. Only complaint was maintenance could be kind of slow but all staff and even neighbors were always pleasant.

Great properties conveniently priced and well maintained. I would stay on one of their properties again. Obliged!
