The Flats at Keystone

I had a wonderful one‑month stay here. Kellie, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, and thanks to her support I was able to live comfortably from the first day until the last. The room was clean, quiet, and well‑equipped, and I always felt at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress‑free stay.

My parents needed temporary housing while their house was being repaired from a house fire. The Flats at Keystone was the perfect solution. All necessities were provided. Kellie was extremely helpful during their entire stay of 9 months. The apartment was supplied with quality items and the grounds were kept very tidy. Parking was plentiful and sidewalks and parking areas were kept clear of ice and snow. My parents and I would highly recommend the Flats at Keystone for anyone needing temporary housing.

I stayed in one of the 2 bedroom flats for several months. The apartment furnishings and amenities were excellent. Great location as well, close to BFit and lots of shopping, bike trails and good access to I-69. Definitely a spot to consider if you want a low hassle, comfortable place to stay during a transition period!

The Flats at Keystone are a wonderful gem of a development tucked conveniently on Evansville’s northeast side. The units are well appointed and maintained, the location is convenient to the airport, shopping, running trails and parks, and I-69. Kellie and crew are always helpful and quick to respond to any needs. I highly recommend The Flats for a full-service experience!
