I don’t typically leave reviews and I felt the need to leave one. Not only did the process of obtaining a lender feel skeptical due to the minimal communication but also realizing half way through that I was not getting the best deal going this route but it was already too late. But that is neither here nor there. The mortgage lender I ended up with has been a NIGHTMARE already and it’s only been 2 months. Stay away from plaza mortgage ps they are already going through a name change. Getting through to the company alone is a NIGHTMARE and I am very disappointed that I am already having issues with my mortgage account. Do yourself a favor, use a local bank or lender. I feel like I got a chop shop lender. Thanks for the disappointment.
