We met with Steve Dossett, a rep for Chapman. He was polite and extremely informative about the Chapman home building experience. We went to see some homes nearly completed nearby. Showed us an available lot or two, that were very nice. I also got to meet Chris Chapman, and we had a brief chat about his philosophy on building a home. I came away impressed but a little shocked at the pricing for a new home, but it seems this is what the new norm is in Evansville.

From the initial introduction to Steve, to the final walk through with Chris Chapman, it couldn't have went any better. Extremely professional, great communication, and very fair on price. The end product turned out beautiful, and I couldn't be any happier.

Working with Chris, Steve and the whole building team was a great experience. I have had 4 other homes built throughout the years and this was by far the best experience I have had. They're willing to customize anything you need taking away that "cookie cutter " look. Not only were they flexible, professional and helpful during the process, but after the move in. All my questions were answered, and they are easy to get in contact with. I would not hesitate to recommend Chapman home builders.

To say that we were happy with Chapman homes and the experience we had with them would be an understatement. They were easy to work with, flexible and always available for concerns and support. If you are looking to purchase a home and I would not hesitate to build with Chapman.
