ZERO STARS. Do NOT move here if you have kids. They aren’t kid friendly at all. As long as you are kidless I guess you’ll be okay, as we didn’t have any issues until my son started walking. After that they complained about everything. His toys, walking around, him playing outside etc. It is also roach infested. They claim to treat the issue when you call in but if your neighbors don’t keep up with their cleaning (which mine didn’t) they will never go away. Sad since my son was born and grew up loving the neighborhood but it is what it is. Also the “office manager” will ignore ALL your calls if it’s not about something that brings them money. Contacted the company about that issue and all they said was “visit her during office hours”which is 2 days a week DURING work hours ending during lun

——ZERO stars! Stay away from them. The property manager is the face of any company. She was rude, highly unprofessional, and made threats. I would highly implore the owners to this establishment, whom I will be contacting, to immediately resign that woman and her husband from their positions. Here’s the back story. My sister who is a traveling nurse, was the applicant. Our mother would be staying with her. The lady in the leasing office, who calls herself a manager 😂😂, was highly intrusive by asking why is she commuting 1.5 hours. Lady it’s none of your God damn business! She is a travel nurse. She came off her 15 hour shift and got to the leasing office at 12:50pm on Tuesday. Now I know the office “closes” at 1pm, but a business in the hospitality and service industry has to always cater

Excellent value for money. I liked the promptness and disciplined property maintenance. Snow is promptly shovelled, leaves blown and lawns mowed. Place is quiet, safe, clean. Infestation related comments in previous reviews have turned out to be pleasantly and entirely untrue, having completed an 18 month stay there. The prime reason I moved in here was the easy access to public transportation - bus stops are a 2 min walk, and both the Trenton and Hamilton train stations are a 10 minute ride/drive away (that's 10 minutes to either SEPTA or NJ Transit). I can quibble about creaky floor boards and sound insulation not being the greatest, but there's really not a valid complaint I've had during my stay. My wife and I would confidently recommend this place to a family that needs quick access

Lived here for 6 years. Maintence is very good & landscaping looks nice. Rents getting too high for small apartment, people & kids are noisy. Not much parking at night.

Worst place to live Period! There is never any parking. Apartments are dirty upon moving in. They are invested with bugs that bite! The staff is extremely rude! If you don’t take my word for it, I would suggest taken a walk through these apartments during the night. Just be careful!
