The Bell Apartments

I moved in recently and I'll be honest my experience is mixed. Beautiful building, absolutely love the view in my unit, from the high ceilings to the marble concrete floors. Definitely gives off loft atmosphere, now for the amenities it's basically like you live in an office building. These things drew me in automatically now for the bad: Communication is absolutely atrocious, maintenance non existent, units shouldn't be leased unless they are up to par and most importantly safe to occupy. I have been here for a few months and still no repair to my window which is unsafe to open. But yet when it's rent time they are persistent as hell. Overcharging for late fees as if their staff is competent. It's sad that the management here is so terrible otherwise this would've been such a gem.
