I have used Emerald for more closings than I can count at this point. Betsy goes above and beyond to make sure everything is always taken care of and on point. We are buying and/or selling multiple properties per year, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The worst title company to deal with I tried to deal with Betsy on the day of my closing she will not answer her phone calls or emails I went to her office she’s in there with her husband laughing and giggling and left us in the waiting room for 20 min with out seeing us so that’s a bad experience with that so I had to wait couple days for another closing day unprofessional people! Never again

After a tiring search going house to house I must say I was worn out! Then we found the home we were searching for.... offer accepted & time to close! After working with Emerald I must say it was a breath of fresh air. We worked primarily with Betsy & Christine who were very helpful & answered any question we had throughout the whole process. I would use/recommend them in an instant!!!

Initial process at day of closing was fine. But issues started thereafter. They lost my deed , had incorrect name on the deed. They mailed deed without a tracking number and now say that they cannot do anything about the original deed getting lost. Stay Away!

This the second time we have trusted Emerald with the purchase of our home. From the personal service to making sure everything went smoothly, I'd reccomend them to anyone. The best out there!!
