Absolutely loved living here! Sandra and Enid in the office were great and very accommodating! The property was very well maintained and in a quiet area. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities are well cared for and enjoyable to use.

My husband and I lived here for 6 years with our two dogs. We loved living here and loved the people that worked here. Enid and Sandra are wonderful managers. It is a great location; located right near route 1 and 295, a few minutes away from the Hamilton Train station, & located near tons of shops and restaurants. Maintenance requests are always completed timely. Staff are always helpful, communicative and friendly. There are places to walk your dogs at the apartments and a park down the street. There is an onsite gym at the clubhouse as well. If you’re looking for your new home to rent, look no further!

I've been a tenant here since the community was build and its been such a joy living here. The staff is very professional, caring and has always respond to my maintenance request within 24 hours. The neighbors are very nice, friendly and helpful. It's peaceful and a quiet neighborhood. I'm very impress with the diversity in the community. The apartments are so cozy, good space and comfortable to live in. Because of our location, we have access to Lawrence and Trenton police departments. Our Manager Enid is one of the best property managers I've known. She's very concern about the tenants and their safety while living here.
