Bruce, Gustavo, and Chris are awesome. Finding a management team and a maintenance team that cares of the longevity of the place is rare, but this place does that. If I had a maintenance request, it was taken care of and I never had to worry about if they didn't care about the work they did. The grounds are kept, the community is respectful and mindful of each other.

This was a great place to live for many reasons including the beauty of the adjacent forest. The management and staff are extremely responsive, helpful, and nice people. I was surprised to feel like they were always on my side. When something broke, they showed up right away and took care of it properly. We also really enjoyed the tenant appreciation day (pizza party) they organized. In particular Bruce is a really nice guy.

Waltham overlook apartment become Kind of home when first moved to Boston and spent 3.5 years straight. Bruce & Chris from maintenance team, became the best friend of my boys. It was painful to leave this place. Best place to live if you want open space for walking in day/ nights and have small kids. Here are few advantages living here. There is best trail for hiking and mountain biking near the apartment which connect Belmont, Lexington and Waltham YMCA- walking distance Connectivity to all industrial area including Cambridge etc. shopping and food in walking distance

Living here the past few months have been great. It's extremely hard to find a good management team that cares for its residents. This place does that from Gustavo at management to the maintenance guys Bruce and Chris. All are rock stars, I've never had to worry about requests. They're on top of it. The grounds are kept, and people are respectful and mindful of each other, wouldn't live anywhere else in the area.

Gustavo and Jack are great to work with. From the initial call to meeting in person, both have treated me with great professionalism, respect, and are responsive to short term and long term needs. Maintenance Team (Bruce and Chris) have responded to multiple requests to make sure that my unit is functional and Gustavo and Jack relocated me into a new unit to accommodate my health and lifestyle while enjoying updated amenities. Highly recommend Gustavo and Jack and the Waltham Overlook Team!
