Mike was incredibly thorough, communicative and personable while doing our home inspection. He helped us understand every component of the house and why certain aspects could or wouldn't be problematic or in need of repair. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I wanted to wait to review our home inspection until we had lived in our new home for a bit. We bought our house a year ago and had Mike from Walsh Home Inspections inspect our house. Being first time homeowners I researched a lot about what a good inspector should look for and he not only met expectations but I feel went above and beyond and even more, he labeled all our outlets that were connected to light switches for us, crawled all the way into our chimney, crawl spaces and eaves of our attic. He gave us the truth about what we would need to fix things and what we could wait to fix. We have not had any issues since living here except for the the few things he had pointed out that we were able to easily remedy. I would recommend them to anyone and they came highly recommended to us. He
