Communication with Chimney Hill’s management team, specifically Ashley, has been exceptional. I’m a vendor, and work closely with Ashley and her team to manage waste and recycling disposal at their facility In Cumberland. Ashley’s attention to detail and emphasis on maintaining a neat, clean and orderly operation makes my job easy. Ashley has created a welcoming environment for the folks that live and work at Chimney Hill. What’s more, she’s done the same for her vendor partners as well. Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley and Diane for several years. They have always been very supportive and respectful if letting me participate in their community events. They are respected by their tenants who always let me know they appreciate having someone so courteous, respectful, and pleasant to be around. The food drives, bingo games, and holiday events make Chimney Hill a great place to live!

My parents have been living at Chimney Hill for over seven years and our family couldn't be more pleased with their experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and provides a safe and welcoming environment. Communication with management is outstanding. Ashley is wonderful and always willing to help. My parents have made lifelong friends that have become family. We are so happy they found Chimney Hill!

I’ve been here a little over four years and I feel like I’m home. The residents are my new family and I love them! The manager and the staff are very courteous, friendly and always ready to listen. One thing to remember is that you can’t please all the people all of the time. The best you can hope for is 50 to 60 percent at any given time. Ashley, Victor and Diane are irreplaceable in my opinion.

I can’t wait to get my grandparents into Chimney Hill. We were estimated a 3 year wait, the manager was very honest about the process and encouraged us to get on the list. The place is well managed, I can tell the difference between properties when we are collecting applications for my grandmother. Thank you to places like this, my grandparents are worried about moving and getting in somewhere. We were talked to with patience and sensitivity to their situation. I look forward to making this their final place to call home.
