Walnut Grove is a place we are proud to call home. From the moment we moved in, to now, we have had nothing but excellent service from the manager Kimberly to the maintenance staff JC and Landin. We are always treated so kindly and we feel like family here. Thank you!

Maintenance is always quick and helpful! Landin and Juan do a great job and always fix things properly. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness, they’re one of the main reasons I decided to stay.

I have lived here for 4.5 years. When I moved in this was the nicest place in town. They got me in a place quickly when I needed it. It was close to medical services which I needed and very close to shopping centers. Living here was awesome for about 6 months then they either sold the place or we got new management. After the management blowout, we saw six managers come and go which meant all the agreements and promises and promotions disappeared with them each time. The maintenance was outstanding and while they try now, they have the same issues regarding history of the units. There are no notes from the original maintenance crew to follow. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any repairs or requests are handled quickly. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area.
