I havnt even been living here a month and staff is great neighbors are wonderful and such a peaceful place to live . Very much appreciate everyone here. Thank you so much for being such great people :) Grateful and Thankful.

I lived at this apartment complex from 2017 until recently, and I can honestly say it was one of the most stressful and disappointing housing experiences I’ve ever had — especially toward the end. In our final year there, we discovered black mold in the unit — not just a little, but enough to seriously affect our health. We did everything tenants are supposed to do: we called, emailed, went to the office in person, and submitted maintenance requests. We weren’t being dramatic — we were trying to protect ourselves and our children. But after Shoni left, the new office managers refused to take anything seriously. They only seemed interested in responding when we pushed hard for answers — and even then, they basically told us “too bad, so sad” because we didn’t physically hand-write our com

I have lived here for years the staff is amazing and friendly! It is a nice and quiet place to live. I really enjoy it.

Worst experience since the move in date regret even moving here I had my last straw I will be calling cold of violation and leaving time stamps as a tennat and tennat rights of section 92 no one should be living like this and ignored on the first move in date about that same problem

I’ve been having some issues with my a/c. (It’s Texas in December. 🙄) Maintenance came right away and was awesome! I received an entirely new a/c system within 24 hours of my maintenance request. (They also provided a small a/c unit for me to use during those 24 hours.) Maintenance and management are the best!
