I've been in my house over a year now. Minor issues like an outlet going out and my AC panel not responding and with both they were quick to come out to replace it by honoring the warranty. Otherwise the house has been great with no real issues. I'd recommend Centex Homes to my friends and family for sure.

Coming to this community started out as a Saturday drive. My wife and I met Joey who was very professional and transparent with what Centex/Pulte were offering to us as first time home buyers. He took the day to show us around at homes that we expressed interest in. Throughout the process, PulteGroup has been quick with information and getting necessary items submitted. Since moving in, we have encountered some normal new build "growing pains" (seeing as how we were the first to live in the home and use the space). With that being said Brett, the onsite building manager, has been very helpful with organizing home perfection appointments and getting everything to the highest standard possible. Even though I ended up buying with another builder in a different town, I wanted to say Centex Lily Springs was a great community. The sales rep, Pete, was the most knowledgeable person throughout my entire home buying process. I also appreciated that they gave me space to do my house hunting for a couple days and followed up. Overall I would recommend 10/10…also the pool is really nice!
