Carole Anderson with Perry Homes was absolutely wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond by showing my clients a variety of home options across different neighborhoods and even offered to help us on her day off. Her follow-up was consistent and timely, and she was always friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, my clients found a different home, but I would love the opportunity to work with Carole in the future!

I don’t normally like to write a review but I feel I need to share my experience with Perry Homes. I had been looking for my last home and made the decision to go with Perry Homes. I can not say enough about the people. My sales counselor Michael Irvin has been by my side from the beginning. He directed me to Kelly the Loan counselor. My credit was not the best and they worked with me every step of the way. At times I felt overwhelmed by it all and I would call Mr. Irvin and ask him a ton of questions he would answer them or find the answer. He always asked me how I was doing. Was I ok with everything. The sales professionals were always present, Knowledgeable, and efficient. My family was able to view several homes and was educated on the homebuying process. I love this community not only for the amazing features inside the home, but also for the sales reps that treat you with respect and patience. I had quite a load of questions, and they took the time to answer every single one.
