Swenson Heights by Legend Homes

Bought our Legend Home a couple of months ago and it has been absolutely amazing! The build itself is not beatable (like amazing)! Our inspection report came back great and the inspector even said he hasn’t seen a good solid home like this in a long time! That’s what really sold it for us besides loving the great layout. We went with the 4bd/3ba - 1 story, and it’s called the Ravenna floor plan, and it’s a goooood layout. Oh and I can’t forget! Chris (construction manger) and Eric (sales manager) were absolutely amazing and so informative during the whole building / financing process! (In fact, they still are lol) IF we ever sell (don’t plan on it) I would 100% go with Legend Homes again!
