Walker House

One of the highlights for me upon moving into Walker House apartments hands down would have to be the staff. These two girls Brenda and Julie are absolutely amazing! Super friendly, really hospitable, accommodating, and easy on the eyes 😍 Aside from the employees here, the accommodations are excellent. Fresh paint on the walls, new apartment smell, no leaks, and the floors don't creak. Not to mention, the people in this building are really friendly. I've only been here a week and have already made two friends. To sweeten the pot even more. Not only do we have our own convenient mart right below us. We also have our own gym and swimming pool. Can we say paradise ☺️ So for me, they get 5 stars and two thumbs up! So if you're looking for an amazing new place to move to, come on down.

There is always trash everywhere surrounding the garden side apartment. You do not feel safe walking around the area. One of the neighbors got his car windows smashed and stolen TWICE. All of the equipment is broken in the gym except two treadmills. The building does not lock (One of the tenants broke the lock). This same tenant also leaves at 5 am and returns at 10 pm in his very loud car that wakes you up. There are only two people working in the leasing office and anytime you need something you have to constantly text them to get it done. I had to go in person multiple times to the office because they have did not reply. The apartment took money from MY account (not from the subleaser) before a subleaser even signed a lease, which they didn’t return for a month. When I was accidentally

Brenda and Julie at the Walker House leasing office are awesome! They’re always super helpful, quick to respond, and make sure everything gets taken care of. It’s been such a smooth and easy experience thanks to them. Really appreciate how friendly and professional they are!

I recently moved into Walkers Choice apartments and the staff have been absolutely fantastic. The office crew Julie and Brenda are terrific people. Any concerns I had they addressed in a timely manner. I felt right at home and comfortable knowing my family and I are in good hands. The maintenance crew were very helpful and true gentleman. I’m happy I chose Walkers Choice apartments.

Living here at Walker House has been a wonderful experience for me. I’ve been living here for 3 years now, I would highly recommend anyone to move here if you looking a place to call home. P.S. Brenda and Julie are truly helpful and welcome us with warm hearts.
