UPDATE: Pictures are worth more than words!! —I’m sick and tired of this place wish I could rate 0. All these fakes good reviews! I’m glad I moved! They have prisoners picking up trash and that’s scary for me and my kids. Rude office staff never in the office . Just saw one of them at nail shop Chyna when she supposed to be at work all in them people uniform repping Pedcor at nail shop at 11 in the AM mind u this shop like 40 min from that apartment complex yesterday. Guess she getting ready for Valentine’s Day while we fighting roaches and mice. Is that stealing work time???My problem is if you gone have bad staff walking around in slippers, with they kids at work when they are there. I’ve been here 6 months. and the staff are professional, they actually care. Maintenance staff are AWESOME. They actually know what they’re doing and always show up, doing what it takes to get the job done. This is my first apartment in Georgia and I’m glad I chose Walden landing. Also the entry gate always works and you don’t see that often with apartments. Overall, my experience has been great. Oh yea, The ladies in the office always answers the phone to. I love it .

I have been living in this complex since 2017. I haven't had any real issues until 2025. Maintenance is not doing a good job. I have been putting work orders in and they haven't been completed. It gets closed out, and I have to put another work order in. This has been going on for months. I complained multiple times to the office. On top of that, I am told that I have to pay for blinds if I need new ones. Where do they that at? I have paid $19'380 in rent for one year. That's not including the other 7 years I paid rent. The rinse compartment is broken on the dishwasher, but I am told that I can't get a new dishwasher. This is not the way to treat your tenants. I stay to myself, and don't bother anyone. How are these “real” reviews when most of them are only from 3–4 weeks ago? Walden Landing is not fast at fixing anything. It’s crazy that they ask people to write good reviews, because the reality is completely different. Come look for yourself before believing those fake, positive reviews. The buildings look dirty on the outside, mold everywhere and there’s trash everywhere, and if you ask anyone who lives here, they’ll tell you maintenance takes months to fix anything.

I’m posting this review because the conditions at Walden Landing are getting harder to live with. The little dark skin girl and maintenance man Darren spend more time in each other face flirting then taking care of the property and apartments.These issues are affecting the safety and well-being of the tenants. Response to the reply to part above , If mold were being taken seriously, efforts would be focused on fixing the problem rather than looking up my name and allowing your team to be rude once they realize it’s me. If you came to the property yourself, you would see mold throughout the unit, trash throughout the area, and maintenance requests that have gone unresolved for months—some for nearly years.
