Pro: Beautifully new homes. Con: the red dirt can stain your home and red ants are a problem.
Buyer beware! If you like to swim this is NOT the community for you. The pool has been closed almost all summer and there has been 0 urgency shown by the builder or property managers to resolve it.
Love my home. Had a great experience with Lennar team and very responsive and great follow up. I've been in my home for little over a year and have had no issues.
Prices were a bit above average for the quality. They should have a bit more features or more yard space or something for these prices
Nice place to call it home!
