Villas at Hampton

I had a wonderful experience with Lakeside Villas! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Chasidy was absolutely terrific—she answered all of my questions, was patient and professional, and truly worked hard to make my experience a great one. She made the entire process smooth and welcoming. I really appreciate the care and attention she provided. Highly recommend!

I have been in Villas at Hampton for only 4 months. So far everything has been wonderful. The staff is so nice, friendly and ready to answer all my questions. The complex is very clean, well maintained noiseless. The residents, I have come across are also wonderful. Please continue your good work 👏 🙌 👍

I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience living here. After my apartment flooded, it took an unreasonably long time for repairs to be completed. Communication from management has been poor—emails often go unanswered, and the office seems unwilling to address even small tenant concerns. Noise complaints feel inconsistent: issues are ignored for a long time, but suddenly become a problem when management decides to enforce rules selectively. On top of that, I’ve learned that some tenants aren’t charged for washers and dryers while I am, which feels unfair and poorly managed. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, inconsistent policies, and unfair charges make living here very frustrating.

Moved into the Villas at Hampton in the spring and I love it here I really do I have a 2/2 model and it so spacious I don’t have enough furniture to fill the spaces. I really like the activity they have for the adults like a jazz band at the pool which was nice, the management team is wonderful never seen anything like it . Let’s not forget about the maintenance team these guys are superb the grounds are well kelp just amazing. So let me talk about my neighbors who are amazing as well they speak they throw up their hands to say hello which I really like that and parking is good at least in my section we park in the same place every day so no issues with parking. With all this being said if you looking for a place call home for now give the Villas At Hampton a try .

I stayed at Villas at Hampton for 1 year. My apartment flooded from the cold winter pipes bursting in December and maintenance moved my things for me and trashed several of my things without advising me is my only issue which is why I removed 2 stars. The apartments complex looks nice on the outside and they kept the upkeep good, but the insides could use a few upgrades as I was in the classic models with carpet. I did have roaches/gnats but not an infestation. Car break-ins do happen usually in back and front of the complex, it may be due to the gate not being wrapped around the complex as you can just walk in the complex around the gate front and back. I had a bottom floor which and my neighbors above me had children that jumped ALL DAY LONG and I could hear them walk all the time so I w
